C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar in Brookhaven is thrilled to introduce its new monthly dinner series, A Nod to the Coast, which takes guests on a culinary journey through some of the world’s most celebrated coastal regions. Each month, C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar will spotlight a different seaside tradition, elevating their iconic seafood offerings into a luxurious dining experience paired with exceptional wines. C&S invites guests to savor international flavors by way of thoughtfully themed dishes made from the finest of ingredients and expertly crafted by their talented culinary team.

Guests are invited to join C&S for their inaugural event on Wednesday, March 26th at 6:00 PM — a Provencal-inspired dinner featuring wine pairings from the acclaimed Southeastern French winery, Gerard Bertrand. The five-course menu showcases Provence’s signature ingredients, blending fresh seafood, local herbs, and fragrant olive oils, with dishes such as Soupe de Poisson à la Provençale alongside Seared Ahi Tuna and Crispy Lamb Leg gracing the menu. Special guest Brand Ambassador Cal Chavez will be available to guide attendees through each exquisite wine selection, promising an unforgettable evening. The full menu can be found here.
