- Chef Paul Harris – An award-winning chef from Nevis, with 30 years of fine dining expertise.
- Chef Desmond Jerrod – A U.S. Army and Navy veteran specializing in international BBQ.
- Marc Wegman – A restaurateur with decades of experience in authentic Louisiana cooking.
- Chef Cameron Byron
Cameron Byron’s culinary passion was sparked by his grandmother and nurtured under the mentorship of Certified Master Chef Shular. A dedicated aspiring master chef, he captains his high school’s culinary team and helps run his mother’s catering business. - Carlos Windham
Carlos Windham, an 11th grader at Stephenson High School, has been cooking since age four, inspired by time spent in the kitchen with his grandmother and great-grandmother. Now, he continues their legacy while adding his own creative touch. With a passion for food and a strong foundation in math and science, Carlos dreams of developing sustainable farm-to-table programs that promote accessibility and community health.
