Halpern Enteprises Completes Ground Lease with 7 Brew in Flowery Branch

Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has completed a 15-year, 0.918-acre ground lease for a 7 Brew franchise at its Oakwood development at 3437 Winder Highway in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
Founded in Arkansas in 2017, 7 Brew is a fast-growing drive-thru coffee chain known for its unique craft coffee drinks, including specialty espresso beverages, teas, energy drinks, and Italian sodas. The company has rapidly expanded across multiple states, offering customers a quick and convenient coffee experience focusing on quality and customer service.
Developed by Halpern Enterprises, Oakwood is a 10-acre retail property across from the Publix-anchored Robson Crossing shopping center. The site is strategically located on Hwy 53 at Atlanta Hwy, a 1/2 mile south of the I-985 ramp. Halpern welcomed new Whataburger and Chick-fil-A restaurants at the property last year and Panda Express is under construction on a separately owned parcel.
