Silverton Mortgage announces the reopening of its Homeownership and Finance Center, now located at 1526 E. Forest Avenue, Suite 410 in East Point. The center will continue serving as a one-stop resource for families on their journey to homeownership, providing educational programs and financial support to help make the dream of owning a home more achievable.

Positioned in a rapidly growing area, the center reinforces Silverton Mortgage’s commitment to empowering communities through financial education and homeownership support. Since its founding in 1998, Silverton Mortgage has been dedicated to bridging the gap in homeownership accessibility. The Homeownership and Finance Center will offer a variety of programs tailored to metro Atlanta residents, including:

  • Homeownership Workshops – Covering key topics such as home acquisition, retention, and maintenance.

  • Homebuyer Education Courses – Led by Foundations Empowerment, a nonprofit committed to guiding families toward stable and affordable housing.
  • HUD-Certified Counseling – A certified HUD counselor will be available to assist families in becoming mortgage-ready.
  • Continuing Education (CE) Classes for Real Estate Agents – Supporting professionals in expanding their knowledge and better serving the local housing market.
