Lee & Associates – Atlanta is pleased to announce the successful lease of 75,553 square feet of industrial space at 14108 Lochridge Industrial Boulevard in Covington, GA, on behalf of McKinley Packaging Company.
The transaction, totaling $2,306,800, was completed with landlord—Gwinnett Industries. Lee & Associates – Atlanta brokers, Charlie Mitchell and Matthew Reynolds, represented the tenant.
This new facility will support McKinley Packaging’s continued growth in the Southeast, expanding their footprint and enhancing operational capabilities in a strategic logistics location.
