The Providence Group, the premier developer and homebuilder of award-winning neighborhoods throughout Atlanta, announces tickets are on sale for the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway. The home is located at 687 Summit Hill Way in the Palisades community in Cumming, Georgia.

Last week, The Providence Group hosted a floor signing event at the Dream Home. The floor signing event offers builders, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters an opportunity to leave heartfelt messages and wishes on the home's living room slab before flooring is laid. This tradition symbolizes the community's collective commitment to the lifesaving mission of St. Jude: finding cures and saving children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

The 2025 St. Jude Dream Home is being constructed by The Providence Group, marking their third consecutive year participating in this charitable initiative. The home will feature the Caplin plan, an open-concept design that includes a guest suite on the main level, with the owner's suite, two additional bedrooms, and a loft on the second floor.

Tickets for the Dream Home Giveaway are now available for $100 each. By purchasing a ticket, participants not only enter for a chance to win the beautiful new home but also a series of additional prizes as well, all while contributing directly to the ongoing efforts of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
