Builder Backed, the technology-driven home service and improvement provider, is excited to announce the expansion of its services to Atlanta, St. Louis, and Indianapolis this spring, further strengthening its strategic partnership with Fischer Homes.
This expansion continues Builder Backed’s mission to simplify homeownership by guiding and overseeing homeowners through scoping, bid collection, purchase, and completion for home services such as fencing, patios, painting, and landscaping. All services are conveniently accessible through the Fischer Homes portal for homeowners.
Since launching Greater Cincinnati in the summer of 2024, Builder Backed has expanded to Dayton, Columbus and Louisville with Fischer Homes.
Homeowners in current markets have already experienced the benefits of Builder Backed, with many expressing satisfaction around the platform’s offerings, particularly custom finishes. Builder Backed’s CEO, Paul Koop, shares, “Homeowners appreciate having a trusted resource for projects to bring their personalized home touches to life. They value working with insured, local service providers, knowing our team has reviewed every bid and is backed by the strength of their home builder.”
Homeowners like Sean, a repeat customer, have praised the experience, "Builder Backed helped me scope what I wanted, collected multiple bids, and ensured the work was exactly what we wanted. I will be using them again for future projects."
Builder Backed has begun introducing special maintenance deals for select neighborhoods. These services are further discounted when multiple homeowners sign up, encouraging neighbors to invest together in keeping their homes in top condition.
Tim McMahon, CEO of Fischer Homes, highlighted the continued success of the partnership, “Our mission is to create world-class experiences for our homeowners. Builder Backed has proven to be an incredible partner in delivering on that promise.”
