Fischer Homes, one of the nation’s leading home builders, is pleased to announce key leadership changes within its Atlanta Division. Josh Brockman has been named Atlanta Market President, a promotion from his previous role as Atlanta Division Manager. Doug Cohen, formerly Atlanta Market President, transitions into the role of Atlanta Vice President of Land Acquisition.

Continued Growth and Market Leadership

As Atlanta Market President, Cohen was responsible for significant growth, including a projected sales volume of over 500 homes by 2026 and an impressive 100% Customer Satisfaction rating at closing throughout 2023. He also led the Atlanta team in maximizing return on investment, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability.

In his new role as Atlanta Vice President of Land Acquisition, Cohen will focus on strategic land acquisition and development, working closely with the existing land team to expand Fischer Homes’ footprint in Metro Atlanta and position the division for long-term, sustainable growth.

Brockman’s Leadership and Vision

Stepping into the role of Atlanta Market President, Brockman brings a diverse background in construction, sales and marketing to his new leadership position. He was one of the first hires from Fischer Homes' college recruitment program and has since built a strong track record of success within the company.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, Brockman joined Fischer Homes in 2017 as a Construction Field Manager in the Northern Kentucky Division. Over the next several years, he gained experience in sales, marketing and operations, ultimately relocating to Atlanta in 2021 to take on a leadership role in the growing division. As Atlanta Division Manager, he played a critical role in driving sales growth, community expansion, and operational excellence.
