Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has completed a 6,486-square-foot build-to-suit project at North McDonough Village, a 20-acre mixed-use development at 5905 E Lake Parkway in McDonough, Georgia. The three-tenant building includes a 2,486-square-foot Starbucks, a 2,000-square-foot dentist’s office, and a 2,000-square-foot available space. Halpern Development Director Brad Oppenheimer led the project and facilitated a 10-year lease with Starbucks.
“We’re excited to deliver another successful development project and long-term lease with Starbucks,” said Oppenheimer. “North McDonough Village offers new construction, exceptional visibility along Hwy 155’s bustling retail corridor and access to a dense population base.”
North McDonough Village is a mixed-use project with prime retail pads ranging from ±1.0 to ±1.3 acres and a future 84-unit residential development by Rockhaven Homes. The property is just west of the intersection of East Lake Parkway and Highway 155, adjacent to Halpern-owned North McDonough Crossing, which will soon be home to a new 46,000-square-foot Fitness2020, and near the new Kroger-anchored Union Grove Marketplace.
Halpern’s development team combines thorough market knowledge with site selection, financial feasibility and development expertise to offer creative, flexible real estate solutions. The team delivers build-to-suit and net lease projects for world-leading brands, including Starbucks, Taco Bell, CVS, ALDI, Culver’s, Chili’s, Wendy’s, Dunkin’, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Moe’s and T-Mobile.
Emerge Real Estate Services’ Palmer Bayless represented Starbucks in the lease transaction.
