Argent Financial Group has appointed Heather Hildreth as senior vice president and trust advisor in its Atlanta office. In this role, she will advise high-net-worth individuals and families on trust, estate, and financial matters.

Hildreth will oversee the administration of complex, multigenerational trusts and provide guidance on estate planning strategies, including wealth management, retirement planning, tax minimization, and preparing future generations for financial responsibility. She will report to Dan Bryan, senior vice president and director of trust services for Argent’s Atlanta office.

With 35 years of fiduciary experience in both private firm and corporate settings, Hildreth brings a strong background in leadership and team collaboration. She has extensive management experience and a proven ability to foster productive client relationships.

She joins Argent after spending the past eight years at Regions Bank, where she served as senior vice president in its private wealth management division. Before that, she spent 16 years at SunTrust Bank as a senior vice president in its private wealth management division.

“Heather has a deep understanding of fiduciary wealth management and brings exceptional experience to Argent,” said John McCollum, chief investment officer. “Her extensive knowledge of investments, trust administration, and estate planning will be a tremendous asset to our team and our clients.”

Hildreth earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Albion College and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. She is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and Christ Church Episcopal in Norcross, Georgia.

“I’m excited to join such a talented team, including many former colleagues,” Hildreth said. “I look forward to contributing to the growth of Argent’s Atlanta office, expanding our community presence, and providing clients with personalized financial and investment services.”

Originally from the Midwest, Hildreth has called the Atlanta area home since 1997. She and her husband, Malcolm, reside in Peachtree Corners and enjoy traveling—especially when it takes them overseas to visit their daughter, a professional soccer player.
