Keller Williams Realty Inc., the world’s largest real estate franchise, will open a regional office at the Lee + White mixed-use development in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood. With its 12,194-square-foot lease signing, the Austin, Texas-based real estate giant joins a growing lineup of businesses and high-tech companies that have based their operations at Lee + White.

Keller Williams is targeting a third-quarter 2025 move-in to the 1070 building at Lee + White, which will serve as the Keller Williams brokerage office for the South Atlanta market. Relocating from its current office at 3800 Camp Creek Pkwy, Keller Williams will occupy space next to Triumph Motorcycles, which has opened its North American headquarters at Lee + White.

“Lee + White provides us an exciting location with outstanding amenities, including the food hall, retailers and the popular BeltLine recreational trail. The new office’s location in the heart of the West End will provide our brokers convenient access to the communities we serve across South Atlanta,” said Toya Stevenson, CEO of Keller Williams.

Porter Henritze and Melanie Garlock of Partners completed the lease with Keller Williams on behalf of joint owners MDH Partners and Ackerman & Co. Joey Kline of JLL represented Keller Williams in the transaction.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Keller Williams. Lee + White is becoming the business hub that we envisioned, complemented by the amenities that are unmatched in this part of Atlanta,” said Evan Ziegler, President of Investments for Ackerman. “Keller Williams is part of a business lineup ranging from high-tech innovators like nanotechnology company Carbice and renewable energy provider JTEC Energy to global motorcycle brand Triumph.”

Carbice and JTEC have established their global headquarters and production operations at Lee + White in the 1050 building next to the 1070 building that Keller Williams will occupy. New additions to Lee + White include the Ogle School, which opened its first campus outside of Texas in Building 929, and Atlanta Golf & Social, an experiential sports venue now open in the food hall.

Acquired by MDH Partners and Ackerman & Co. In September 2019, Lee + White is an adaptive reuse transformation of the West End’s former Warehouse Row that initially grew into a popular destination for its breweries, restaurants, whiskey barrel house, rock climbing gym and unique retailers. In the latest phase of the development, Ackerman and MDH have added the Lee + White food hall, loft offices, new retail and the “Great Lawn” central gathering place.

Providing unmatched BeltLine access via four direct entrances, Lee + White is just 0.4 miles from the West End MARTA station and is convenient to all of metro Atlanta’s interstates, with an I-20 interchange just 1.5 miles from the property. A planned MARTA station at Murphy Crossing will be a short walk from Lee + White via the BeltLine.

One space of 3,990 square feet remains available in the food hall. The lineup features 16 eateries along with the Strangers in Paradise central bar, offering a mix of local and regional concepts. Eateries include Cielito Lindo, Costa Coffee, Crème de la Crepe, Dough Boy Pizza, GoodAzz Burgers, Gekko Hibachi & Sushi, gusto!, Honeysuckle Gelato, One Korean Bistro, The Original Hot Dog Factory, Pastaholics, Sakura Sake Bar & Bottles, Sweet Red Peach, Vietvana, West Side Deli and World Chicken.
