CBRE has arranged a 30,773-sq.-ft. 12-year lease that will bring Chamberlain Hrdlicka, a midsize, diversified law firm, to 999 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta.
The lease marks the relocation of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Atlanta office after approximately 27 years downtown at 191 Peachtree. The law firm plans to occupy its new space in September 2026, relocating more than 60 employees to the 19th and 20th floors of the property.
“We’ve been dedicated to Atlanta’s business community for nearly four decades and are excited to continue contributing to this dynamic city,” said Scott Augustine, Chair of the Corporate, Securities, and Finance practice and Atlanta Office Managing Shareholder at Chamberlain Hrdlicka. “Our decision to relocate our Atlanta office reflects our commitment to finding a space that supports both our present and future needs as our firm continues to grow.”
Kush Mirani, R. Dale Lewis and Macy Epp with CBRE handled lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant. Stream Realty Partners’ Chris Dean and Madison McClellan represented the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust.
“Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s move underscores the ongoing trend of law firms seeking highly amenitized office space that meets their business and employee-satisfaction goals,” said Mirani, a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Atlanta. “The office space at 999 Peachtree was in high demand, with nearly a dozen prospective tenants interested. Our swift, intentional decision-making let us outperform the market and secure this space for one of Atlanta’s most prominent law firms.”
“This is an exciting chapter for Chamberlain Hrdlicka as it continues to grow its Atlanta presence,” added Lewis, a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Atlanta.
Built in 1987, 999 Peachtree is a LEED Platinum, 28-story building encompassing over 620,000 square feet of office space at the intersection of 10th and Peachtree Streets. The property recently completed extensive renovations, including a new lobby and building entrance, outdoor collaboration spaces, state-of-the-art conference facilities, a modern fitness center, and new food and beverage offerings.
