Open Hand Announces New Board Members

Open Hand, a non-profit organization that is one of the largest community-based providers of home-delivered meals and nutrition services in the U.S., is pleased to announce its 2025-2026 Officers and the addition of four new members to its Board of Directors. Tom Abrams, Broker Associate at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty and President/CEO of BW Designs Inc., is continuing his service as President for his second year, with Carmen Titelman, Executive Director of Coding & Compliance at Piedmont Healthcare serving as his Vice President. Cromwell Baun, CPA, First Vice President of Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services, Inc. is fulfilling the role of Treasurer, and Sandra Harris, Vice President of Sales and Account Management at Kaiser Permanente Georgia, will continue to serve as Secretary. Shirley Powell, Corporate Communication Senior Executive, is continuing her service as Immediate Past President.
The four new Board members include:
Eldridge B. Banks is the Vice President of Human Resources at Kaiser Permanente Georgia where he oversees, directs, and delivers HR solutions around culture design, change management, team effectiveness, workforce planning, equity, diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, and labor and employee relations. Banks brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience, including roles at Kaiser Permanente Hawaii, Aetna/CVS, and National Dentex Corporation. He also held leadership positions at PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay Division, supporting both unionized and non-unionized teams across headquarters, operations, and sales.
Tyler Edgarton has 30 years of brokerage and investment experience in the Atlanta real estate market. He is a partner in Mailing Avenue Stageworks, which operates four production facilities totaling over 400,000 square feet. He is also a co-founder and financial partner of GA PropSource, which focuses on providing props and set dressing to Georgia productions. Additionally, he is co-owner of Scenario Custom, a custom fabrication shop and installation provider for corporate headquarters, film/television productions, and corporate events.
Tracy Field is an attorney who has represented providers in health care matters for more than 30 years. Currently, she is a partner at Parker Hudson in Atlanta and advises providers on operational matters including reimbursement, compliance, privacy and other regulatory matters including government investigations. In addition, Field has served as a senior executive and chief compliance officer for a major health system in Georgia and is a graduate of the Leadership Atlanta program. She is a frequent national presenter and thought leader on issues facing the healthcare industry today.
Billy Grace is the Senior Director of Digital Marketing at Primrose Schools, where he leads a team focused on performance marketing strategies aimed at enhancing enrollment across their system of over 525 schools nationwide. He previously held the position of National Director of Digital Strategy at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America headquarters and serves on the Alumni Board of Directors at Georgia College & State University.
They join the current Board of Directors, including: Tom Abrams, Cromwell Baun, Michele Blondheim, Debra Carlton, M.D., Alec Frisch, Sudevi Ghosh, Julie Hagedorn, D.O., Sandra Harris, Robert Joseph, Jr., Jonathan Karron, Shirley Powell, Johanna Ellis Reisinger, Carmen Titelman, Bernard Wedge, Jr., Dennis White, and Katherine Williams.
