Thomas & Hutton is pleased to welcome Ricardo (Ric) Menchaca, PE as a Civil Project Manager. In this role, Ric is responsible for overseeing project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of a wide range of development projects. He also provides on site support and works closely with consultants to align project execution with business development goals.

Ric holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and brings a diverse background in civil engineering. His project experience spans commercial land development, mixed-use communities, large-scale utility solar developments, and residential site design.

With his technical expertise and strategic mindset, Ric strengthens the firm’s capabilities in delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions across the Southeast.
