Selig Enterprises Announces Phase I Office Space 100% Leased at The Works

Selig Enterprises has announced that the 125,000-square-foot office component is now fully leased at The Works, the vibrant adaptive reuse community in Atlanta’s Upper Westside. The announcement brings the project’s first phase of office space to full occupancy. 
 
The Works’ newest office tenants include:  
 
  • Narrative Content Group: one of the nation’s leading producers of branded content, offering a range of services related to advertising, branding and website design.  
  • Babbit Bodner: One of the Southeast's leading communications firms specializing in public relations and influencer marketing. With an industry focus that includes sports and entertainment, food and franchise, and building/manufacturing, The PR Net recently named Babbit Bodner one of the top 100 PR agencies in the U.S.   
  • Google Fiber: a fiber broadband Internet service operated by Alphabet Inc. servicing a growing number of households and businesses in cities in 19 states across the United States.   
  • City of Atlanta: a division of Atlanta Police Department’s public safety  
  • Interior Environments: a retail and “to the trade” office furniture dealer and interior design shop.

Additional office tenants at The Works include Uppercut, a creative editorial shop; MacDermid Graphic Solutions, a photopolymer plate manufacturer; radio conglomerate iHeart Media; and local food-driven media company, Atlanta Eats. 
 
The Works is an award-winning development, having received dozens of accolades including Best Repositioning/Redevelopment from NAIOP’s Awards of Excellence, Best in Real Estate Awards – Residential from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the Metro Atlanta Redevelopment Summit’s 2024 Project of the Year and many more.  
 
These office tenants join over 50 retail tenants within the first phase of The Works, including 31-stall food hall Chattahoochee Food Works, Taste Wine Bar and Market, Fetch Park, BRASH Coffee, Your 3rd Spot, Fox Bros Bar-B-Q, Dr. Scofflaw’s, Chicheria MX Kitchen, Swan Space, Ballard Designs, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, Les Mains Nail Bar, Adelina Social Goods, The Forum Cocktail Club, Stellar Bodies, Tinte Salon, Love Train Antiques and Home, Eric Austin Custom and Back9. The project’s first phase also features The Camp, a one-acre signature park, and The Spur, a 970-foot linear pedestrian gathering area. The 306-unit apartment community, Westbound at The Works, welcomed its first residents in October 2023.
