Conscious Capitalism Atlanta Hosts “Work Is Fun: The King of Pops Story” Featuring Steve & Nick Carse
Friday, April 11th, 2025
Conscious Capitalism Atlanta is proud to announce Work Is Fun: The King of Pops Story, a special event taking place on Thursday, April 24 from 5:00 to 7:30 PM at the Improving office in Alpharetta.
This gathering will highlight the powerful alignment between King of Pops and the principles of Conscious Capitalism, focusing on how joy can fuel performance, culture can drive growth, and business success can be measured in more than just financial terms.
The event features Steve and Nick Carse, the visionary brothers who turned a simple pushcart idea into a multi-million-dollar brand known throughout Atlanta and beyond. By building a culture rooted in fun, ownership, and purpose, they’ve created more than just a popsicle company—they’ve created a movement.
Attendees will hear behind-the-scenes stories of how the Carse brothers built a thriving company around their personal mission of “enjoying our time on earth,” get a sneak peek at Steve Carse’s new book Work Is Fun, and leave with actionable ways to create a more fulfilling workplace culture.
“Business can and should elevate humanity,” said Chris Hooper, Chair of Conscious Capitalism Atlanta. “We’re excited to spotlight a powerful story that proves fun, culture, and purpose aren’t just feel-good concepts—they’re powerful strategies for long-term success that we want to share with other business leaders to shape the practice and perception of capitalism.”
