On April 23, Harry Norman, REALTORS®, the Diamond sponsor of the 2025 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Southeastern Designer Showhouse for the ninth consecutive year, hosted an exclusive showing for nearly 250 agents and clients at this year’s home, located at 41 Blackland Road NW. The 10,000-square-foot residence is a modern interpretation of the traditional stone cottages found in England’s Cotswolds region.
“We are honored to have had the opportunity to host such a special event for our agents and clients at the Southeastern Designer Showhouse once again,” said Jenni Bonura, president and CEO of Harry Norman, REALTORS®. “It feels especially meaningful this year as we celebrate Harry Norman, REALTORS®’ 95th anniversary. Curating experiences like this for our professionals and community has always been part of our success, and we look forward to continuing that tradition.”
This year’s showhouse was built by Cole Construction, with exterior design by William T. Banker. The home’s fieldstone-clad façade evokes the look of a classic English manor, enhanced by hand-carved limestone detailing, parapet wall gables and a cedar shake roof. Interior design by SOURCE blends timeless, English-inspired elegance with modern accents. Highlights of the lower level include a wellness lounge with a media room and bar, gym, sauna, cold plunge and a golf simulator. Outdoor amenities feature a covered porch with a fireplace, a pool, sports court and lush landscaping by Land Plus Associates.
Guests enjoyed an afternoon of mingling and touring the home’s exceptional design, finishes and craftsmanship.Avenue Catering provided an upscale selection of fare, and attendees also indulged in custom, milestone popsicles from Atlanta-born brand King of Pops. The exclusive treats were a twist on the popular Chocolate Sea Salt flavor, wrapped in custom packaging featuring the Harry Norman, REALTORS® logo and the tagline “Young at Heart,” celebrating the company’s 95th anniversary this year.
Proceeds from this year’s showhouse benefit Hope Heals Camp, a week-long retreat and year-round community that supports families experiencing disabilities.
