Industry veteran Jay Kiger is President of Chapco Design Build. Formerly Vice President of Commercial Construction at Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), Kiger brings more than 30 years of commercial construction experience to the position, including the past five years constructing amenity complexes for JCCG. Under his direction, Chapco Design Build is positioned to serve clients with a unique, integrated approach to construction management.
