Atlanta-based real estate company Lalani Ventures has announced its partnership with Ravine on a new two-stage, 181,000-square-foot live music and performance venue at Underground Atlanta. Called Ravine at Underground, the concept will bring more high-energy, large-scale performances to the Downtown Atlanta destination following the closure of Ravine’s former location on Peachtree Street in Midtown.

“We are thrilled to introduce Ravine at Underground to Downtown Atlanta as a bold and fresh take on an iconic music hall,” said Shaneel Lalani, CEO of Lalani Ventures. “It will be a vibrant space to celebrate culture and community, with the capacity to welcome a large crowd of concertgoers. We already have an exciting lineup of artists set to take the stage, with tickets launching soon, and we can’t wait to see how Ravine’s new energy will enhance the diverse mix of experiences already here at Underground.”

Ravine at Underground will include covered indoor and outdoor event space, with one stage built for a crowd of 6,000 attendees and one built for 2,500 attendees. Ravine originally opened at 1021 Peachtree St. in 2018, and closed its doors in 2021. During its time in Midtown, Ravine saw performances from legendary artists such as Eric Prydz, Kaskade, Dom Dolla and Charlotte de Witte as well as private gatherings from global superstars including Lil Baby, 2 Chainz and Maroon 5. Last year, Underground hosted globally renowned DJs Diplo and Tiësto in the same space as the new Ravine location, with over 5,000 guests gathering for both shows.

“The revitalization of Underground Atlanta is representative of our Administration’s broader commitment to the renaissance of Downtown Atlanta. A thriving, safe downtown benefits our economy, businesses, GSU students and faculty, current residents, visitors and our city’s ability to keep having major events and conventions choose Atlanta,” said Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens.

Ravine at Underground will join additional entertainment venues at Underground including The Masquerade, a four-hall concert venue; The Frisky Whisker, a sound gallery and art space including a cat research and therapy center; and a 30,000-square-foot event hall that hosts everything from ink battles to holiday pop-ups and more.

“After a challenging few years, we are thrilled to announce that Ravine is reopening in a brand-new home at Underground Atlanta,” said Ravine Management. “This exciting new chapter is the result of a culmination of successful partnerships between Ravine’s sister company, Beware Productions, and the visionary team behind Underground Atlanta. The return of Ravine marks a bold new era, merging the rich history of Atlanta’s music scene with an innovative, modern spirit. The new venue will feature a diverse range of music and entertainment for everyone, spanning multiple genres to reflect the vibrant and inclusive community we serve.”

Ravine’s new location at Underground comes as part of the larger transformation happening at the historic district. Last year, Underground saw more than one million visitors and is on track to outpace that in 2025. Lalani Ventures is exploring additional retail and dining partnerships – including more daytime experiences – to continue activating the area, further positioning it as the art and entertainment capital of Atlanta ahead of the World Cup.

“Join us as we reignite the energy and passion for live music in a space designed to celebrate creativity, community and unforgettable performances. We can’t wait to welcome you back to where it all begins—get ready to experience Ravine like never before!” Ravine adds.
