Trilogy Investment Co. (TIC), a leading real estate investment and development firm specializing in build-to-rent (BTR), for-sale housing, and lot development, is pleased to announce the promotion of Sal Ariganello to Vice President, Asset Management & Structured Credit.

Ariganello joined TIC in October 2024 as Director of Asset Management and Investments, where he was responsible for executing strategic business plans across the company’s diverse investment portfolio. In his new role, he expands his focus to include underwriting new investment initiatives, spanning land acquisition, development and BTR projects, while also supporting the growth and execution of the Trilogy Credit Group platform.

“I’m thrilled to continue growing with a company that has the resources, vision and track record that Trilogy brings to the table,” said Ariganello. “From credit and land development to BTR, the team is well-positioned to thrive across changing market cycles and seize long-term growth opportunities.”

“Sal has been a tremendous asset to Trilogy since joining the team,” said Jason Joseph, CEO and Managing Partner of Trilogy Investment Co. “His deep experience in asset management, underwriting and real estate investment enhances our ability to scale strategically as we continue expanding our portfolio and launching new ventures.”

Prior to joining TIC, Ariganello served as Director of Investments at ARK Residential in New York, where he led the underwriting of new opportunities, managed business plan execution, and oversaw investment performance reporting. He also brings extensive experience from Greystar’s East Coast Investment Group, where he played a critical role in the acquisition and performance management of more than 6,000 multifamily units.

Earlier in his career, Ariganello was part of Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital Group, where he underwrote over $4 billion in multifamily loans, and he began his professional journey with J.P. Morgan Private Bank.

Ariganello holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and son.
