Tickets Selling Fast for Atlanta’s St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

In just a few short weeks, more than half of the available tickets for Atlanta’s St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway have been sold. The 2025 Dream Home, built by The Providence Group, is located at 687 Summit Hill Way in the Palisades community of Cumming, Georgia.
This beautifully designed home could be yours for just $100, the price of a single ticket. Your ticket is more than a chance to win a home, it’s a contribution to the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
This marks the Providence Group’s third consecutive year building the Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home – a cause close to the builder’s heart. The featured home showcases their Caplin home design, offering a guest suite on the main level and an owner’s suite, two additional bedrooms, and a loft upstairs. Thoughtfully curated by their award-winning Director of Design, Terance Manly, the interior features warm gold-and-black accents, light wood tones, and linen fixtures – finishes as heartfelt as the mission they support. Ticket sales will continue until the goal of 20,000 tickets is reached. The winner of the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home will be announced LIVE on Atlanta News First on July 10.
“This home is much more than simply the sticks and bricks. We’ve worked with a tremendous number of partners who are also committed to the work of St. Jude to bring the best features and finishes to this giveaway home and to whoever wins,” said Manly.

In addition to the grand prize home, ticket buyers are also eligible for several other exclusive giveaways, including:
  • Bonus Prize – 2025 Ford Maverick XL courtesy from Billy Howell Ford – ticket has to be purchased by June 27 to be eligible to win.
  • Last Chance Prize - $5,000 grocery shopping spree courtesy of Academy Mortgage powered by Guild Mortgage – ticket has to be purchased by July 5 to be eligible to win.
  • Open House Prize – $10,000 furniture shopping spree courtesy of Woodstock Furniture and Mattress Outlet. Register for free at the St. Jude Home open house for a chance to win. Open houses are scheduled June 7-June 29 from noon-5 p.m. (dates and times scheduled to change)
