H.O.P.E. Inc. a Duluth nonprofit dedicated to empowering single parents to achieve their educational and economic goals, is proud to announce its nomination as a finalist for the 2025 Bill Bolling Nonprofit Leader Award, part of the annual TechBridge® Award Series.

Presented by TechBridge, an Atlanta-based national nonprofit that accelerates impact by equipping other nonprofits with technology and data strategies, the Bill Bolling Nonprofit Leader Award honors an outstanding nonprofit that demonstrates visionary leadership, innovation, and measurable impact in advancing economic mobility for underrepresented communities.

The award is named after Bill Bolling, founder of the Atlanta Community Food Bank and a lifelong advocate for equity and social change, and it highlights organizations that exemplify servant leadership and bold action in service of systemic change.

“We are honored to be recognized among the finalists for this prestigious award,” said H.O.P.E CEO Kenita Smith. “At H.O.P.E. Inc., we believe that education and opportunity shouldn’t be out of reach for any parent willing to work for a better life. This nomination underscores the incredible progress our team and the families we serve are making every day.”

The TechBridge Award Series celebrates changemakers who are driving innovation across the nonprofit sector in four key pillars:

  • Hunger relief

  • Homeless support
  • Social justice
  • Workforce development

The 2025 Award Series will culminate in an inspiring event in Atlanta later this year.
