The Providence Group, Atlanta’s premier homebuilder and developer along with more than 30+ trade partners have finished the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home® - for the third time in Atlanta. This will be the last weekend you can tour the home on this Saturday and Sunday from Noon – 5 p.m. The 2025 Dream Home, built by The Providence Group, is located at 687 Summit Hill Way in the Palisades community of Cumming, Georgia.

The 2025 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home will be raffled off on July 10 on live television. The fundraiser sold the 20,000 tickets, which will allow The Providence Group and its partners to raise $2+ million, with all the proceeds going directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The Dream Home features The Providence Group’s Caplin home design, offering a guest suite on the main level and an owner’s suite, two additional bedrooms, and a loft upstairs. Thoughtfully curated by their award-winning Director of Design, Terance Manly, the interior features warm gold-and-black accents, light wood tones, and linen fixtures – finishes as heartfelt as the mission they support.

Also, there is an Open House prize available to those who come to see the home (no donation required) of $10,000 furniture shopping spree, courtesy of Woodstock Furniture and Mattress Outlet.

All proceeds of the 2025 Atlanta Dream Home benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food. Since opening in 1962, St. Jude has increased the childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to over 80%.
