CHRIS 180 Welcomes Eight New Board Members, Announces New Board Leadership

 CHRIS 180, Atlanta’s leading nonprofit organization supporting the mental health and well-being of children, youth and families, announces the appointment of eight distinguished professionals to its Board of Directors, along with elected board officers who will guide the organization into its next phase of growth.

The newest members of the CHRIS 180 Board of Directors bring deep expertise across finance, education, legal, healthcare and corporate leadership:

  • Mike Knox, Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager at PNC Bank, offers strategic financial insights and a relationship-driven approach to supporting middle-market and large corporations.

  • Nicole Long, Vice President of Finance and Administration at Agnes Scott College, brings 25 years of experience in financial strategy, operational leadership and organizational transformation.

  • Dawn Rhoden, Senior Vice President and Consumer Banking Region Executive at Bank of America, leads a 1,200-person team across the Georgia-Tennessee region and is known for her commitment to responsible growth and inclusive leadership.

  • Christine T. St.Clare, retired KPMG Board Member and Audit Partner, is an accomplished corporate director and national leader in financial governance and women’s leadership development.

  • David Tetrick, Partner at King & Spalding and incoming Global Chief Human Resources Officer, brings decades of legal expertise in employee benefits law and a leadership background rooted in service, including decorated U.S. Army experience.

  • Dr. Vasanne Tinsley, former Interim Superintendent of DeKalb County Schools, is a lifelong advocate for student success, mental health and equity in education.

These new directors expand CHRIS 180’s depth of leadership, reinforcing its commitment to trauma-informed care, systems innovation and inclusive community service.

In addition to these appointments, CHRIS 180 is pleased to announce its elected board officers:

  • Lori B. Chennault, Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at Georgia-Pacific, serves as Board Chair.

  • Deirdra Glover, Founder and CEO of Conserte Consulting, serves as Vice Chair.

  • Ana Amato, Managing Director at Protiviti, serves as Treasurer.

  • Erika Montag, community volunteer, serves as Secretary.
