Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) has announced the awardees of its latest concessions opportunities under the Phase 3 Food & Beverage and Retail solicitation. This marks a significant step in the ongoing Concessions Redevelopment Plan to refresh ATL’s food, beverage and retail program, ATLSkypointe.
Following a robust and competitive solicitation process conducted by the City of Atlanta Department of Procurement, ATL has awarded the Phase 3 packages to two of its long-standing partners and their joint venture teams:
- Paradies Lagardère and its JV partners have been awarded Concessions Package 3H1 (RFP-DOA-REF-2401-1240186), encompassing 10 food and beverage locations across concourses A, B and C. Covering approximately 15,000 square feet, this package will deliver an innovative mix of customer-driven concepts, blending nationally recognized brands, beloved local Atlanta eateries, and elevated dining experiences that reflect the vibrancy of the city.
- Hudson by Avolta and its JV partners – ATL P3R1 Concessions Partners and ATL P3R2 Concessions Partners – have secured both Retail Package 3R1 (RFP-DOA-REF-2401-1240188) and Retail Package 3R2 (RFP-DOA-REF-2401-1240189). These packages span Concourses T, A, B and C, as well as the Airport’s Domestic Atrium, covering a combined 19,000 square feet across 20 locations. The revitalized retail offerings will feature globally recognized lifestyle brands, tech-forward travel essentials, and curated local artisan goods, all designed to enhance the travel experience for ATL’s global audience.
Together, these awards total 30 units and approximately 34,000 square feet of concessions space, advancing ATL’s strategic goals to modernize its concessions infrastructure, reflect the cultural richness of Atlanta, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
“This is a major milestone in our multiphase concessions redevelopment effort,” said Airport General Manager Ricky Smith. “With each new phase, we are continuing to reimagine what’s possible in an airport environment, offering our passengers a world-class mix of flavors, retail and local culture. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made and excited about what’s still to come.”
The Concessions Redevelopment Plan at ATL is part of a broader effort to align amenities with passenger expectations. These new food, beverage and retail concepts will serve the Airport’s more than 100 million annual passengers.
