Bradley Adds Allison Cook to Banking & Financial Services Team in Atlanta

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has added Allison S. Cook as a partner in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group, continuing the strong trajectory of growth in the Atlanta office. Ms. Cook was previously a leading partner within the Payments Systems team at an AmLaw 200 firm with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C.

Ms. Cook assists financial technology (fintech) companies in connection with their M&A transactions and other strategic alliances. She regularly provides strategic counsel for payment processors, platforms, independent sales organizations (ISOs), payment facilitators, integrated software vendors, and other technology providers, in drafting and negotiating their core customer, vendor, sponsorship, processing, and partnering agreements.
Designated as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Ms. Cook earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and received her B.S. from Southern Methodist University.
Now the third largest office in the firm’s footprint, Bradley’s Atlanta office has tripled in size since May 2023, with nearly 70 attorneys who represent clients nationally and across the Southeast in a wide range of industries, including real estate, healthcare, litigation, construction, banking and financial services, corporate M&A, securities, labor and employment, IP, and franchise.
