Crime victim law firm Deitch + Rogers announced today the addition of Na’Sha Robertson in the new role of Survivor Services Coordinator, which will serve as a bridge between clients and their attorneys, providing comprehensive support to crime victims as they pursue legal action.

“Many of our clients require not only courtroom advocacy, but also advocacy for their future,” said Michael D’Antignac, partner at Deitch + Rogers. “Adding the role of Survivor Services Coordinator to our team bolsters our ability to handle our clients with the compassionate guidance and dignified support they deserve.”

As the firm’s Survivor Services Coordinator, Robertson will act as a liaison on behalf of the firm’s clients, assisting clients with access to essential resources such as counseling, safe shelter, and support for leaving a dangerous situation. She will explain the rights victims have, how to assert them, and provide updates as their case progresses. Additionally, Robertson’s duties will include strengthening relationships with local advocacy organizations and outreach programs that share the firm’s vision.

“At Deitch + Rogers we seek to provide a source of comfort and security for survivors as we work to reduce any re-traumatization that may occur during the legal process,” said D’Antignac. “We want to ensure survivors of violence and abuse are treated with utmost care and respect, and also provided with a route to move forward and rebuild. Na’Sha’s role will be key in providing this support and in demystifying the legal process for our clients.”

Robertson’s background as a victim’s advocate includes positions with a police department in Virginia and a certified crisis center in Florida. She is certified through the Department of Justice and has specialized experience in helping victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
