Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce the addition of Ebai Edjua,
PE as Water Resources Project Manager. Ebai brings over a decade of experience supporting water
resources projects across both public and private sectors.
A licensed Professional Engineer, Ebai will manage water resources projects in both urban and rural
settings, including stormwater master plans, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, FEMA Letter of Map
Changes, and capital improvement designs. He will coordinate with clients, agencies, and
multidisciplinary teams, while also mentoring staff and overseeing project scopes, schedules, and
budgets.
Ebai is a Certified Floodplain Manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from
Technische Universität (TU) Darmstadt in Germany. He also earned a Master of Science in Water
Resources and an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology.
