Grand Hyatt Atlanta Appoints Heather Hedrick as New Group Sales and Event Manager

Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead proudly welcomes Heather Hedrick as their new Group Sales and Event Manager. 

With a proven background in hospitality sales and a passion for creating seamless, memorable gatherings, Hedrick joins the team to reinforce the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional service at every event, from intimate board meetings to mid-sized corporate functions.

In her new capacity, Hedrick will focus on selling smaller room blocks and coordinating corporate meetings. She will partner directly with clients to capture every detail of their event vision, then work hand-in-hand with our catering, banquet, and operations teams to manage logistics, budgets, and staffing, ensuring each meeting and celebration unfolds flawlessly.

Hedrick’s hospitality career spans almost a decade and includes senior roles at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay, L’Auberge Del Mar, and DoubleTree by Hilton, where she consistently drove catering revenues and developed event packages. She holds degrees in Interior Design and Hospitality, and during the pandemic earned both her California real estate license and mortgage officer license—credentials that have sharpened her strategic insight and client-first approach.
