The Providence Group, the premier developer and homebuilder of award-winning neighborhoods throughout Atlanta, along with more than 30 trade partners are celebrating the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home®. Fred Carpentieri of Suwanee won the grand prize of the Dream Home located in the Palisades community in Cumming. Valued at $750,000, the house has 2,518 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a two-car garage.

The Dream Home features The Providence Group’s Caplin home design, offering a guest suite on the main level and an owner’s suite, two additional bedrooms, and a loft upstairs. Thoughtfully curated by their award-winning Director of Design, Terance Manly, the interior features warm gold-and-black accents, light wood tones, and linen fixtures – finishes as heartfelt as the mission they support.

For the past three years, The Providence Group has partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to build the Dream Home, with more than $5 million raised with the Dream Home program.

Along with the drawing for the new TPG St. Jude Dream Home, there were several winners of other great prizes during the ticket sales time period. The list of winners included: 

• Rhona Hansard of Cumming won a 2025 Ford Maverick Hybrid XL, courtesy of Billy Howell Ford.

• Rob Magee of Roswell won a $10,000 Visa gift card, courtesy of Dream Day Foundation.

• Julie Moch of Cumming won a $5,000 grocery gift card, courtesy of Academy Mortgage, powered by Guild Mortgage.

• Raven DuPree of Lithonia won a $3,000 getaway experience, courtesy of Renasant Bank.

• Pamela Hawkins of Stone Mountain won a $2,500 airline card, courtesy of Ameris Bank.

All proceeds of the 2025 Atlanta Dream Home benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food. Since opening in 1962, St. Jude has increased the childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to over 80%.
