Stuart Kenny Joins CBRE Capital Markets’ Institutional Properties Group in Atlanta

CBRE announced that Stuart Kenny has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Institutional Properties Group in Atlanta, partnering with Vice Chair Will Yowell to focus on portfolio- and single-asset sales at the local, regional, and national levels. He will also remain a member of the company’sNational Office Partners, an institutionally focused office investment team comprising 60 professionals in 21 major U.S. markets.

Kenny joined CBRE in 2018 and previously served as a First Vice President with CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group in Washington, D.C. While there, he represented institutional and private investors in high-profile office acquisitions and dispositions across a wide range of property classes, ranging from downtown Trophy towers to suburban Class B covered land plays. To date, he has led or participated in transactions totaling more than $2 billion in consideration. He will be relocating from Washington to Atlanta for his new role.

Before joining CBRE, Kenny was a Management Consultant with PwC in New York City, advising Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of North Carolina.
