Portman and Perform Properties today announced that Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), a global professional services leader, will relocate its Atlanta office to Ten Twenty Spring, a 525,000-square-foot, Class-A office tower at the heart of Spring Quarter, the transformative mixed-use development the two companies co-own along one of Midtown’s busiest corridors.

Transitioning from its 110,000-square-foot Downtown office, EY will occupy the 14th through 16th floors of Ten Twenty Spring, accommodating approximately 3,000 Atlanta-based employees. The move is scheduled for August 2026. Glenn Dyke with CBRE represented EY in the lease and Glenn Kolker, Preston Menning and Malik Leaphart from Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.

Ten Twenty Spring features expansive floor plates exceeding 32,000 square feet, 10-foot-tall panoramic windows, private terraces and over 25,000 square feet of outdoor space. Amenities include a vibrant coworking lounge, designed to foster collaboration and community. The grounds are seamlessly connected to Spring Quarter’s pedestrian-friendly walkways, lush gardens and premier retail and dining destinations.

Other campus highlights include Sora, a 370-unit luxury residential tower featuring coworking lounges, a pet spa, resort-style pool, sky lounge with city views, multiple fitness centers, a climbing wall and golf simulator. The street level will be home to Sozou, a modern Japanese dining experience crafted by acclaimed chef Fuyuhiko Ito, complemented by Omakase by Ito on the eighth-floor rooftop. Spring Quarter’s culinary mix will also feature Pataaka, a high-end, tapas-style Indian restaurant led by renowned chef Anish Nair in the base of Sora and Habaneros, a contemporary Mexican concept opening soon, offering authentic Mexico City flavors alongside handcrafted cocktails.

At the heart of the campus stands the historic H.M. Patterson Home and Gardens, which Portman and Perform are planning to preserve and reimagine as a 24,000-square-foot retail and dining landmark. Thoughtfully designed paseos and patios weave this heritage site into the surrounding modern towers and public spaces, creating a unique city-within-a-city experience for tenants, residents and visitors.
