InCommunity Welcomes Susie McClintock as Chief Human Resources Officer

InCommunity, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Georgia, announces the appointment of Susie McClintock as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

McClintock brings over 30 years of HR leadership experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She is known for her strategic vision, integrity, and deep commitment to empowering employees and advancing organizational culture. Her experience includes leadership roles with respected organizations such as Tommy Nobis Center, Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia, and the YMCA of Central Florida.

As CHRO, McClintock will lead initiatives to evolve InCommunity’s HR department into a strategic partner within the organization.
