Meals On Wheels Atlanta (MOWA), a leading nonprofit addressing senior hunger and isolation, is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated 8th Annual Women’s Power Luncheon, taking place on Sept. 18 at 1705WEST (1705 Commerce Drive NW). The exclusive gathering brings together Atlanta’s most dynamic corporate and philanthropic female leaders for a transformative afternoon focused on this year’s theme, “Leading Well: Grounded in Wellness, Thriving in Purpose.”

“Atlanta is home to some of the most innovative and impactful women in the country,” says Charlene Crusoe-Ingram, CEO of Meals On Wheels Atlanta. “This year’s luncheon is about refueling our leaders—mind, body, and spirit—so they can continue driving change with vision and compassion.”

Guests will experience a curated program designed to amplify, empower, and elevate women in leadership through bold dialogue, restorative wellness activations, and deeply meaningful connections

The event, which begins at 11 a.m., will be moderated by Rebecca Brodnan and feature a powerhouse panel of purpose-driven female leaders including Kimberly Blackwell, D'anne Cagle-Heckert, Kimberly Evans Paige and Marissa Maldonado.

Attendees can expect a welcome reception, a multi-course lunch, and brand activations designed to restore and recharge. A thoughtfully curated silent auction will offer wellness and lifestyle packages that promote leadership with balance and clarity.

“This luncheon is a celebration of the women who are not only shaping our city’s future but also doing it with purpose, heart, and resilience. We believe that when women lead well, entire communities thrive,” adds Crusoe-Ingram.

Tickets can be purchased online, and all proceeds fund MOWA’s meal services program, which fuels the organization’s mission to ensure no senior is left worrying about where their next meal will come from.
