Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, one of the nation’s top 100 commercial insurance brokers, recently announced that three SSP team members were recognized by Insurance Journal as 2025 MVP Top Account Managers. 

Sarah Hatcher, Amy Matthes, and Mark Mason were included in the feature which highlighted CSR and/or account managers from property/casualty agencies across the nation. According to the Insurance Journal website, “these professionals have achieved impressive success throughout their careers and demonstrated key skills of what it takes to be the best service professional.” 

• Sarah Hatcher currently serves as a client service executive specializing in Employee Benefits. She began her career with SSP over five years ago as an account analyst and has her designation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Sarah’s clients are located throughout the country and represent a variety of industries. 

• Prior to obtaining her degree in risk management and insurance, Amy Matthes spent over 25 years in the restaurant industry. Amy has been specializing in Employee Benefits for the past eleven years and currently serves as a client service executive. She has received her designation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). 

• Mark Mason serves as the manager of client strategy. He has been with the company for 11 years and started his career as a small business producer. Mark currently leads the company’s Atlanta construction service team. Mark has received his designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS).
