At Mimms Enterprises, Sarah led leasing and redevelopment initiatives across a diverse portfolio of shopping centers. She oversaw everything from lease negotiations and renewals to ground-up construction coordination.

Ritu Chopra

With more than 25 years of experience in retail leasing and asset management, Ritu has been building bridges across continents – turning possibilities into lasting success. Her career spans Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, giving her both a global perspective and a finely tuned understanding of local markets.

Known for her expertise in landlord representation, brand growth strategies, and asset optimization, she pairs deep industry knowledge with a passion for cultivating relationships and crafting win-win deals.
