The Board’s decision to elect Mr. Richardson as Chairman recognizes his strong leadership in continuing to scale AmeriPro’s services and geographic reach. Under Mr. Richardson’s strategic guidance, AmeriPro is driving innovation in care navigation and patient flow management to improve the quality of care for its patients while enhancing productivity for its community and hospital system clients. Mr. Richardson also brings uniquely relevant skills and experience to his roles at the Company from his service in the United States Marine Corps and as a first responder, serving as a firefighter and paramedic.
