Barry’s, the trailblazer of the boutique fitness movement since 1998, is set to open its second Atlanta studio at 1105 West Peachtree in Midtown in late Q1 2026. The new studio joins Barry’s Buckhead location at 303 East Paces Ferry Road and marks the brand’s continued commitment to expanding its footprint in Atlanta’s thriving fitness community.

The Midtown studio will debut Barry’s LIFT modality, while continuing to offer the brand’s signature RUN x LIFT classes. LIFT is a dedicated 50-minute strength-training program designed to build muscle, improve form, and drive long-term progress. It provides a lower-impact alternative to RUN x LIFT classes, emphasizing controlled movements, varied loads, and targeted rep schemes. Like the Red Room experience, each LIFT session hones in on a specific muscle group depending on the day, delivering structure, consistency, and measurable results.

Barry’s RUN x LIFT format, already a favorite at Barry’s Buckhead, pairs treadmill cardio with floor-based strength training for maximum efficiency and variety. Alternating between upper body, lower body, core, or total body focus each day of the week, these high-intensity workouts have become known worldwide as “The Best Workout in the World™.”

Barry’s partnered with Selig Development, the development arm of Selig Enterprises, on the leasing of the 5,400-square-foot space at the Midtown mixed-use community. Located on the ground floor of 12th Street, the studio will sit alongside For Five Coffee, a New York City-based café that recently opened in the building.

Spanning a 3.5-acre city block in the heart of Midtown, 1105 West Peachtree is home to the fully leased 675,000-square-foot office tower anchored by Google and law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell; the 40 West 12th luxury condo tower; and the uniquely food-focused hotel Epicurean Atlanta. The community features six best-in-class dining experiences, including For Five Coffee, Emilio’s Tacos and Tequila Bar, Aerial Kitchen & Bar, Reverence, The Office Bar and the Epicurean Theatre, which regularly hosts culinary events and cooking classes.

Barry’s Midtown location will feature the brand’s signature Red Room studio, a dedicated LIFT studio, and a Fuel Bar - a destination for both clients and the community to enjoy convenient, nutritious, and delicious protein shakes pre-or-post class. The studio will also include locker rooms stocked with premium amenities such as Dyson hair dryers and OUAI’s best-selling products.
