Realterm, an independent global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, announced today the acquisition of 1809 Westgate Parkway SW, a maintenance shop facility located in Atlanta, Georgia.

The 10-acre industrial property encompasses a 14,500-square-foot maintenance shop and includes operational features designed for heavy-duty vehicle servicing. The facility offers six shop doors with three drive-through bays, two canopy bays for covered maintenance work, and ample on-site parking.

“Atlanta's role as a major logistics hub in the Southeast continues to drive strong demand for specialized industrial facilities that can support the region's transportation networks,” said Arnie Capute, Vice President, Investments, East Region, Realterm. “The strategic location and functional design of this maintenance facility align seamlessly with our investment strategy in key transportation markets.”

The property benefits from superior access to Atlanta's transportation network, positioned just minutes from major interstate corridors including I-20, I-285, and I-85. The facility sits approximately 20 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and offers proximity to established intermodal facilities in Austell and Fairburn, providing tenants with comprehensive connectivity to regional and national logistics networks.

“This acquisition demonstrates our continued focus on transportation-advantaged properties that deliver operational value to our tenants,” said Ed Brickley, Managing Director, Senior Fund Manager, Realterm. “The combination of Atlanta's logistics infrastructure and this facility's maintenance-specific features creates an attractive investment opportunity in one of the Southeast's most important industrial markets.”
