Report Ranks Atlanta No. 6 City for Most New Apartments Being Completed in 2025

As anyone who takes a stroll down Spring Street in Midtown can tell, Atlanta is still building new apartments at a steady rate — up there with just about any other major city in the country, according to a recent report.
RentCafe published a report on newly constructed apartments in late August, ranking cities and metro areas by their numbers of units completed this year.
