Sterling Seacrest Pritchard’s Joey Maxwell Recognized as 2025 Rising Star

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, one of the nation’s top 100 commercial insurance brokers, recently announced that Partner Joey Maxwell was recognized by the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) as a 2025 Rising Star. 

Joey currently serves as President of the CFMA Georgia Chapter. The CFMA recognizes inspiring people under the age of 45 years old, highlighting rising stars who positively impact the construction industry and associated companies. 

As a Partner at SSP, Joey’s focus areas include construction, manufacturing, real estate, and surety bonding. He also provides exceptional service and risk management solutions across a diverse spectrum of other industries. He has held various leadership positions for additional organizations including the Associated Builders and Contractors and Associated General Contractors.  As an industry expert, Joey has authored numerous articles on insurance and risk management and has been an active guest lecturer on such topics.

A native of Sandy Springs, Georgia, Joey graduated from Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Clemson University. In addition to serving multiple civic organizations as a volunteer with his therapy dog, Joey also serves as a board member for a local community bank.
