Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, and its joint venture partner, a consortium led by CBRE Japan, have broken ground on Buford Creek Business Center, a three-building, 686,400-square-foot industrial park in Buford, Georgia, approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. The project is scheduled for delivery by the third quarter of 2026.

Located at the northeast corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road in Buford, three miles from Interstate 985, Buford Creek Business Center will feature three Class-A industrial buildings available for sale or lease. Building 100 is a 40-foot clear, 349,440-sq.-ft. cross-dock warehouse with 64 trailer parking spots, while buildings 200 and 300 are identically sized at 168,400 sq. ft. They both include 36-foot clear heights and are rear-load buildings that feature 40 and 24 trailer parking spots, respectively.

“Buford—and the broader Northeast Atlanta submarket—continues to stand out as a premier destination for industrial development. With its proximity to major transportation corridors like I-85 and I-985, access to a skilled labor force, and a thriving business-friendly environment, this region offers the logistical advantages and infrastructure that modern industrial users demand,” said Tyler Cooksey, a vice president with TCC in Atlanta. “We look forward to delivering a project that supports economic growth and meets the evolving needs of our tenants.”

CBRE is the marketing and leasing agent for Buford Creek Business Center; Atlas Collaborative is the architect, and The Conlan Company is the general contractor.
