The Truelow, designed by J. Steven Kemp, is a 4,991-square foot home with main level primary and guest suites. Upstairs are three bedrooms plus flex/work space. The home includes outdoor terraces, porches and a game lawn, with room for an optional pool, barn or guest house addition. It is being built by New River Building Co.

The Solace, also designed by J. Steven Kemp, includes three bedrooms and three and a half baths, and ranges from 2,807-3,297 square feet. It includes the option for an additional bonus bedroom and bath. It is being built by CroweBuilt Homes.

The Gulfport features a main level primary suite, plus three upstairs bedrooms and an optional bonus room. The 3,000 square foot+ home includes expansive front and rear covered porches with an outdoor kitchen, a three-car garage with mudroom entry and outdoor options for a pool, barn and/or chicken coop. It is being built by Elevation Building Company.

Rob Beecham, CEO of Atlanta-based Folia Group, developer of Sanctuaire Farms, says “The new home designs take our commitment to creating a modern farmsteading community to an even higher level. We intend to set a new standard for community living, fostering connections, sustainability and an enriched quality of life for all who live here.”

Sanctuary Farms was conceived out of the Beecham family’s desire for a simpler, family and community-centric lifestyle with less traffic, noise and stress. The development is situated on 461 bucolic acres in north Georgia’s Cherokee County, and when completed, will offer residents a uniquely curated and vibrant lifestyle with homebuilding opportunities on 54 lots ranging from 5-20+ acres. The centerpiece of Sanctuaire is The Grange Community Farm. Here, residents will enjoy a community garden, greenhouse and orchard, a well as educational resources for gardening, farming and raising livestock. Subscriptions for beef, pork, poultry, dairy and vegetables will be managed here. The Grange will also be the site for numerous gatherings and celebrations such as farm to table dinners, cookouts, special occasions and more.

“Property owners may choose to build their own barns and additional structures for livestock, beekeeping, woodworking, gardening, or other pursuits. They may also choose to enjoy these activities at The Grange, which has been designed as the social hub of Sanctuaire,” said Realtor® Chad Davis of Shirley Gary Group/Ansley Real Estate. “There is a core group of exceptional builders who are already working at Sanctuaire, giving residents a number of options for constructing their homes and auxiliary structures.”

Earlier this year, Kemp was named Project Architect for Sanctuaire Farms to ensure the design and development of the property will align with the highest standards of modern community living, combining architectural excellence with a vision for future-forward, eco-friendly development. Kemp has worked in greater Atlanta and across the country for nearly three decades, specializing in both architectural and interior design. The award-winning architect is known for creating site-specific, custom designs with clean lines and classic style designed to inspire homeowners and reflect their lifestyles and taste.
