Atlanta REALTORS Political Action Committee Endorses 2025 Candidates and Reveals New Logo
Monday, November 3rd, 2025
While early voting has begun in full force, Atlanta REALTORS® Political Action Committee (ARPAC), which is dedicated to protecting private property rights, has announced its endorsements for the 2025 midterm elections for metro Atlanta from Alpharetta to South Fulton. By supporting leaders who understand the importance of property ownership, responsible growth and vibrant neighborhoods, Atlanta RPAC aims to elevate the voices of candidates who will make decisions impacting not only the residential and commercial real estate industries but also our neighborhoods and the economic vitality of our local communities.
Candidates are evaluated based on their responses to real estate-related questions and their commitment to working with REALTORS® on protecting private property rights and other real estate-related issues. For incumbents, voting records are also considered. Candidate support is recommended by the Candidate Screening Committee and approved by the Atlanta RPAC Board of Trustees.
After evaluating and interviewing candidates, Atlanta RPAC has chosen the City of Atlanta and City of Sandy Springs incumbent Mayors Andre Dickens and Rusty Paul, respectively, for their willingness to combat housing affordability, rising homeowners’ property taxes, commercial redevelopment, and investment in green spaces. The full list of City Council candidates for Alpharetta, Atlanta, Brookhaven, Chamblee, College Park, Johns Creek, Milton, Roswell, Sandy Springs and South Fulton can be found on the Atlanta RPAC website.
The organization is also pleased to unveil its new logo. The updated logo represents a more modern, streamlined brand and emphasizes its nonpartisan affiliations by using primary colors, including red, blue and yellow. The circular brandmark is meant to feel inclusive and protective of property rights. Atlanta REALTORS® PAC is comprised of members who are both residential real estate agents and commercial real estate brokers, and advocates for candidates aligned with protecting homeowner and commercial property rights. The new tagline, “Protecting property rights. Promoting progress,” also clarifies the organization’s primary objectives to those who may be unfamiliar.
The Atlanta REALTORS® PAC is comprised of licensed REALTOR® members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and the Atlanta REALTOR® Association in metro Atlanta who are passionate about property rights and invest funds to support candidates who work to protect those rights.
“The new refreshed brand has helped us stand out as we meet with candidates, elected officials and community members,” said Juan Mejia, chairman - Atlanta REALTORS® PAC board of trustees. “The streamlined logo says so much in its representation of Atlanta metro real estate. We look forward to supporting candidates and community initiatives while having our logo recognized as the primary voice for real estate in the Atlanta metro area,” Mejia added.
Early voting continues until Friday, October 31, with the final day to cast ballots falling on General Election Day, Tuesday, November 4.
