CDH Partners, a leading architecture, planning, and design firm, officially celebrated the opening of its Savannah office space with a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony. The expansion underscores the firm’s long-standing commitment to the coastal Georgia market, which it has actively served for more than 10 years.

The new office, located at 119 MLK Jr Blvd, provides a modern hub for the firm’s growing local team. CDH Partners has seen a steady increase in demand for its specialized design services, which include K-12 and higher education, healthcare, corporate, worship, and light industrial design.

“Savannah has been an important part of our story for years,” said Melissa Cantrell, president and CEO of CDH Partners. “It was an organic growth that made sense—we wanted to be closer to our clients and serve the coastal region more fully. This new space allows us to deepen our relationships and better support the communities that have welcomed us so warmly.”

CDH Partners is a robust, firm-wide team totaling more than 40 employees, who work across the Southeast to serve clients. The Savannah-serving team, composed of architects, interior designers, and project managers, is dedicated to working on regional projects. CDH Partners is nationally recognized for its work, recently receiving recognition in the American School and University Magazine’s Outstanding Design award for the Kennesaw State University English Building, Learning by Design’s Outstanding Award for multiple educational facilities, and Inc. 5000 for fastest-growing private companies in America.
