Coats of Hope has launched a $20,000 community-driven campaign to provide 350–500

brand-new winter coats for children, seniors, families in shelters, and unsheltered neighbors

facing freezing temperatures this winter.

“With inflation and the cost of living rising, thousands of people in Metro Atlanta can’t afford a

winter coat,

” said the Coats of Hope team.

“A warm coat is more than protection — it is a

lifeline.

”

Funds raised through the GoFundMe campaign will be used to purchase coats, gloves, hats,

scarves, and winter outreach kits. Coats of Hope partners with shelters, transitional housing

programs, churches, and community outreach teams to distribute these items directly to families

and individuals in need.
