Lenbrook, Atlanta’s premier intown community for engaged senior living for more than 40 years, welcomes Paola Moncivais as Vice President, Human Resources. She will oversee strategy development and execution of people plans and initiatives and lead the HR team. She will work closely with Carlos Vazquez, Lenbrook’s current Vice President, Human Resources, until his retirement in December.

“Paola Moncivais brings more than two decades of global HR leadership experience and a strong record of building high-performing teams, steering organizational transformation and fostering inclusive people-first cultures,” said Felecia Sveda, Lenbrook Chief Operating Officer. “She will leverage these to build upon the people strategies and solutions that Carlos Vazquez built to support our workforce and community culture. We wish Carlos all the best as he retires and welcome Paola to Lenbrook.”

Moncivais most recently led enterprise-level HR strategy at a global corrugated paper manufacturer, shaping a high-impact, values-driven culture during a period of significant growth and change. She also spent over 10 years working at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held several senior global leadership roles, including one in Liberia, Costa Rica. There, she developed an innovative, high-performance culture from the ground up at a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility.

Moncivais holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations from DeVry University. She delivers dynamic workshops to strengthen leadership and team cohesion and is a passionate advocate for uplifting women in the workplace.
