Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a 100%-employee-owned, privately held
professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and nearly 80 years of shaping
communities across the Southeast, is pleased to welcome Scott Pugh to the firm’s Atlanta office as an
Environmental Designer.

Scott holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology
and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Auburn University. He brings several years of
professional experience in water and wastewater engineering, having worked with firms across Georgia
and Florida on a variety of municipal and utility infrastructure projects.

As an Environmental Designer, Scott will assist in the preparation of construction plans, specifications,
reports, studies, supporting documentation, and cost estimates. He will contribute to water and sewer
utility, drainage, and erosion control design, and support permit applications in accordance with
company and industry standards, methodologies, and guidelines.
