Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, closed on 10.7 acres of land located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, for the development of Broadstone Innovation, a 326-unit Class A luxury apartment community. The project is expected to welcome new residents in spring of 2027.

Broadstone Innovation will be strategically located within Technology Park Atlanta, a 500-acre district in Peachtree Corners that is home to numerous technology firms, research institutions, and startups. The area hosts leading employers such as Aderant, Agilysys, American Megatrends, Boxlight, Brightree, Capricorn Systems, Charter Global, and Data Path, all contributing to the city’s reputation as a hub for innovation and business growth. Residents at Broadstone Innovation will have direct access to major employment centers across the Atlanta metro area and be minutes from The Forum, a premier retail and dining destination. The site is ideally positioned near top-rated schools, parks, and Peachtree Corners’ extensive walking and biking trails.

Designed by Brock Hudgins Architects and MAD Studios, Broadstone Innovation will offer floorplans ranging from 600-square-foot junior one-bedrooms to 1,100-square-foot two-bedroom units. Interiors will include quartz countertops, premium stainless-steel appliances, plank flooring, and custom shaker cabinets. Each home will feature nine-foot ceilings and a choice of two finish schemes in the kitchen and bathrooms, along with decorative tile backsplashes, designer light fixtures, and custom mud benches at the entry.
