Juneau Construction Company Doubles Footprint at Pennant Park, Extends Long-Term Commitment to The Battery Atlanta

Juneau Construction Company is expanding its headquarters presence at Pennant Park at The Battery Atlanta, doubling its office space from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet as the firm continues to scale its team and project portfolio. The new lease extends Juneau’s occupancy through 2037 and positions the company across two full floors within the six-building office complex adjacent to The Battery Atlanta.
Founded in Atlanta and recognized as one of the region’s leading general contractors, Juneau’s growth reflects both a sustained pipeline of Southeastern projects and a strategic investment in a collaborative, future-focused workplace. The expanded space will support enhanced training, increased meeting and innovation rooms and an environment designed to attract and retain top industry talent.
“This expansion is a reflection of the momentum our team has worked hard to build,” said Alexandra Juneau, EVP of Business Strategy at Juneau Construction Company. “As we continue to take on transformative projects across the Southeast, our space at Pennant Park gives us the flexibility, functionality and connected environment we need to support our people, accelerate collaboration and advance our long-term vision.”
Pennant Park, owned and operated by the Braves Development Company as part of The Battery Atlanta’s broader commercial district, continues to draw companies seeking space with walkable amenities, regional access, and a dynamic mixed-use environment.
“Juneau has been a valued partner and member of our office community going to back to the original construction of The Battery Atlanta, and their long-term commitment underscores the strength and appeal of Pennant Park as a headquarters destination,” said Jeremy Strife, Executive Vice President of Development for BDC. “We’re proud to support their growth and offer a workplace environment where companies can thrive.”
Colliers represented Juneau Construction Company in the transaction. Juneau’s expanded offices are expected to be fully operational in 2026.
